Close the valve of the BBQ tank. 2. Insert the nose tip of the adapter into the 20 to 50 ibs tank filling connector. 3. Rotate the adapter CCW to a tight fit. 4. Screw the 1 pound cylinder tank CW into the adapter. 5. Turn the BBQ tank upside down, and then open the BBQ tank valve. 6. You will begin to hear the sound of gas entering the 1 ib cylinder. 7. The regulating valve in the adapter will automatically cut off the gas when it reaches a certain pressure to avoid over filling, so please sit down and let it fill by itself. 8. When there is no more sound in the tank, just close the grill valve and remove the 1 ib cylinder tank.
