Good product. Sturdy structure, detailed instructions very helpful. Needs to be anchored to wall and/or into floor/ground. Can be assembled with one person but two would be best. 8x10 size provides a lot of shade, so much that it is dark inside, considering swapping out a panel or two with a clear one for more light. Finished product presents nicely, my only complaint is the rain gutter just dumps water straight down the supporting leg, instead of away from the structure.

Several issues with this awning. 1st a lot of the holes on the roof panels don’t line up and you end up fighting them to get the screws in. 2nd the roof panels come with a protective film that you have to remove before installing, the film is very thin and cheap so it doesn’t want to come off easy, took My helper 4 hours just to get it off. 3rd they send 2 things of silicone sealant and both packages were dried out in the box I had to go buy more sealant on my own. 4th after completing the install I find it is very wobbly, it is bolted to my house and to the concrete patio with stainless steel concrete anchors but still very wobbly, I’m anxious to see if it will stand up to that 60mph wind. Fed-Ex delivered our 8'x10' wall mounted gazebo. It did come in multiple heavy boxes, one was definitely damaged but everything was wrapped well and secure inside the box and nothing was damaged. The panels for the top were not always lined up(frustrating). Definitely don't assemble the panels in the heat of the day cause they will burn your skin. We did run to the hardware store to grab better screws to attach the bottoms to our wood patio. Took two people and two days from start to finish. Instructions were pictures and easy, feels very durable, and provides the shade we need. I love that the brown color matches the gutters on our house. Good value for the money.

This Gazebo tansformed our concrete slab dead area (due to the sun) into a beautiful little area to hang out. The Gazebo itself looks great with a nice brown finish and the quality of the metal exceeded my expectation. The structure is more solid than I thought I would have gotten for the price. It has been up a few days and I've already had a few people stop in front of my house to look and a couple have walked over to inquire about it. Couldn't be happier with this purchase and set up.The instructions aren't super clear at some stages so just take your time when putting this together. At the end, I couldn't fully install the drip rail as my roof was already installed and didn't want to remove all the roof panels.

This has been a great purchase. It came in multiple boxes which did result in 2 on one day and the 3rd a day later. Luckily that didn't affect our build plan. Directions were pretty good, I would have appreciated if it was in bilt though. My wife and I put it together and we didn't kill each other so it must not have been that bad.The one thing that makes the install difficult is the final top bar and drip rail. When you build the whole structure and move it to your house/wall, it's nearly impossible to install the drip rail on the house. You can't climb on the structure because it only supports 22lbs per sq feet. At 10x14 there's no way to reach screw holes in the middle. We ended up applying a bead of caulking and affixed it to the house (we have vinyl siding) and then screwing in at …
