The 300107OBB can be used to complement any living space as the focal point, or placed above your indoor dining room table, instead of the traditional chandelier (if you use one of the optional light kits), for the bright light as well as the added benefits of air movement. The 300107OBB measures with a 44-Inch blade sweep and a 16 Degree blade pitch. This fan uses only 58-watt of electricity on high speed, pushes 4182-cubic feet per minute, and 72-cubic feet per minute per-watt. This is sold one per package and comes complete with five reversible blades, a 4-Inch downrod, and pull chains to operate all the fan functions (3-speeds, forward and reverse), and mounting hardware. You can add a wall control (337010WH) also, which can be purchased separately. Height of this ceiling fan is adjustable using shorter or longer downrods which can be bought separately, and is also low ceiling adaptable using the 337008OBB adapter. Light kits are compatible with this fan also, using the 338500MUL for one example, which can be purchased separately. In any installation, the tips of the blades must be at least 18-Inch from the wall in order to provide sufficient clearance for the blades; and for safety reasons, the fan blades must be a minimum of 7-feet above the floor. This fixture is UL listed for a hardwire connection in a wet location.
