Great choice!!!
I use it for vinyl wrapping, also (FOR OTHER WRAPPERS) no it doesn’t come with a stand, but my favorite go to is a TV stand!! Amazon has GREAT options you guys!! Check out the set up, and it’s removable but also if I want it on the stand it’s functional, and it’s movable still. It’s great!—- [Ill update life expectancy as I se it as well!!]

Works fantastic after months and months
I use this for vinyl wrapping, its fantastic. A must have in every shop. Now the company/seller needs to make a roller stand for this

Works great, very hot and affordable
Bought to use for stretching and post heating vinyl wrap and PPF. IR thermometer records the inside of the lamp at about 900°F. Works fantastic and very light weight.

The handle gets a bit hot.., and handling this unit is a bit cumbersome.
The unit is good, not the greatest. The handle tends to get a little hot. As for handling the unit, I wish there was a small stand or a place I could hang it. It’s a bit difficult to hold it while using it.. there are applications where I need to hold the unit in a certain spot for about 10-15 mins… and holding it straight for about that long gets too tiring especially dealing with a heat source. I’ll probably try another unit (different brand) and see how it compares

For me it’s a replacement for the sun rays
I’m an artist and sometimes I dry my paintings in the sun. I find myself in the winter climate this year, with less sun available, so I thought there has to be a UV lamp esp for paint. I was happy to find out they exist, and thought this hand-held lamp was suitable for my paintings. Using it for the first time... To my amazement I only had to hold it for a few minutes in order to bake my paint dry. I could see the vapors of water rising off my canvas. I hold it about 2 feet away. Just like the sun. Now I don’t have to wait hours for my paint to dry. It has worked great. Because it’s a bulb, I recommend handling it with care and limit banging it around.

SUPER FAST HEAT!!!
This is amazing I used it for vinyl and it gets so hot so fast, its on demand heat and works amazingly. the shell doesn't get hot and its not heavy, but whatever you point it at is getting hot and its getting hot fast! the handle on it is really nice and there is no setup just plug and heat!
