Great case

This case is durable, sturdy and secure. However, it is just slightly too big for my Galaxy Note 20, and as a result, the phone slides up and down in the case, and it's impossible to get the fingerprint function to work properly. The cover for the camera lens is also prone to letting in debris, so now all my photos look cloudy and it is impossible to clean. I will say I've dropped this phone many times since getting this case, and the case definitely does a sturdy job. It's just unfortunate that some of the features of my phone are unusable or hard to use now.

Ok, I love the idea of this case, and think it would be great for a NEW phone, or a phone with a NEW BATTERY. See the problem is the Note 20 Ultra is kind of old. What happens to old batteries? They expand. The case is fundamentally flawed, because batteries expand when they get old. When the screen protector does not allow for the phone to expand a little, it WILL CRACK the weakest part of the phone, which happens to be the screen right next to the buttons. I think this kind of case would be just fine on a NEW phone, or if you have recently swapped out the battery. But as it is, it will literally cause the screen to crack. I do not blame the manufacture, but it is an obvious issue. One I should have seen. The other problem, is that the screen protector portion lets sand in occasionally. …

I have bought this case 3 times only because the first case I gouged the face that left a mark that annoyed me but didn't damage the phone at all, the 2nd case I didn't take the time to make sure everything was clean And I mean CLEAN so dust got under the finger print reader and didn't properly set so it had some haze under the screen that annoyed me so the 3rd case I cleaned everything with alcohol and had a vacuum cleaned work area and used a dust free lint free cloth to make sure every surface was perfect then after cleaning the phone on every side I place it in the case and it looks incredible, If you buy a phone because of the way it looks then why buy a cover/protector that covers up most of the phone? Update: the screen cover scratches very easily and dust can get under screen cover easily. Phone still protected from falls and car hasn't broken from dropping. And for the price, getting a new one if the screen cover is scratched isn't a big deal.******This case is sturdy- was VERY difficult to open, but to me this means it should stay on tight if dropped. But it was very easy to put on.The fingerprint reader took a couple days to start working, I think it needed time to increase contact area, it now works great.Only thing I don't know is how it will do when dropped since I haven't (yet) dropped it.Overall like this case, screen cover is crystal clear, slim design, great to hold and the clear case let's my white phone show off.So far great product and amazing price.

Soooo, when you pay $1300 or so for a phone now a days that has razor thin glass all over it, and a camera that is phenomenal, for a phone-byou want to protect that phone. I am a fan of the either waterproof cases or 360° Cases- although the non waterproof versions do not have port seals and they can wear down from dirt and debri getting into them. This case now, I've only had it for 4 days, but, it has a raised hard plastic area over the camera, the lens and flash areas are cut out. If dropped on gravel just the right way, the lens and flah glass could break (another reason I like the waterproof cases), also, the charging port is open and the Spen area. The case is hard to assemble and disassemble but I think that adds to the protection. I know the case won't come apart if I drop the phone.There is a problem with the camera. When taking a picture or a video with flash it will blind the camera. Putting a white film over the picture or video. But pictures and videos without flash are fine.The screen feels nice but doesn't attach the phone screen. You can sometimes feel the separation but it will protect your screen. It also leaves a weird oily rainbow effect that is only visible when the screen is off. Almost like oil stained metal.Do be careful when installing the front cover. If you touch anywhere near the fingerprint sensor it will make it completely useless. I touch it with a clean cloth that I use to clean my glasses to get rid of the

So as of right now I can give these stars. I opened my package to see a scratch of the screen protector. I put the case on my phone anyway and was just going to keep it but decided no, I shouldn’t settle for something that came damaged. Overall I really do like the case and it feels pretty durable. The case is challenging to get on but once’s it’s on it isn’t going anywhere. I have asked for a replacement so when it comes I hope to add a few more stars. Another point I want to make is the fingerprint reader is a challenge and I have to press pretty hard to get it to work.
