Picked up this Surpass C2836 1120KV Brushless Motor for an RC aircraft fixed-wing build where reliable thrust and efficient power delivery were needed.Out of the box, the precision machining is clean with smooth-spinning bearings and balanced rotor bells that don't introduce excess vibration at higher RPMs. The 1120KV rating provides a great torque-to-speed sweet spot for running standard props on 2S to 3S LiPo setups, giving you clean throttle response and solid vertical pull without bogging down.The main thing to watch out for is the length of the pigtail wires: they are relatively short right out of the bell, meaning if your ESC isn't mounted right up against the firewall, you'll need to solder in extension wires.
